Duration is up to 3 hours, 6:30pm-9:30pm
This class covers the basic of sausage making. You will learn about casing options, stuffing techniques, and different textures. Students will have hands-on experience with preparing misé en place, mixing, casing and tasting. Participants will go home with a pound of each sausage they helped make in addition to educational materials and recipes.

Food: Each class will include charcuterie and snacks.
Refund policy: If you cancel a class within 10 days of the class date, you will receive a 100% refund. If you cancel a class within 5 days of the class date, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations with less than five days notice will not receive a refund.
