Whole Hog Butchery

Class Duration is up to 3 hours, 6:30pm - 9:30pm

Six students will participate in a hands-on class covering basic butchery techniques, tools, anatomy of the whole animal, and suggested cooking methods for the end results. Each student will work with sections of the animal as we cut it into primal and sub primal portions. At the end of the class, students will leave with around 7 pounds of wrapped and labeled portions from all parts of the animal including meat, fat, skin, and bones. Educational materials and recipes will be supplied, including a mid-class break to taste some of our finest hand-made charcuterie.

Food: Each class will include charcuterie and snacks.

Refund policy: if you cancel a class within 10 days of the class date, you will receive a 100% refund. If you cancel a class within 5 days of the class date, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations with less than five days notice will not receive a refund.
