MICHELIN All-Star California Foraging Dinner

Join MICHELIN as Carrie and Rupert Blease of Lord Stanley host Brett Cooper of Aster and Val Cantu of Californios for a six-course Land + Seaweed Foraging Dinner featuring local seaweed provided by Kevin Kelley, and local meats and charcuterie provided by Travis Day of Thistle Meats. 

This inspiring, collaborative experience combines the individual talents of the chefs and purveyors to showcase one unique tasting menu.
